Fastest way — delete in the app

If you still have the Fondly app installed, you can delete your account instantly:

1. Open Fondly and go to the You (profile) tab.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your profile is hidden immediately and your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Enter the email address or phone number on your Fondly account and we'll delete the account and its personal data. Use the same details you signed up with.

What gets deleted

When your deletion is processed we permanently remove your personal data, including: your name, email, phone number, date of birth, photos, bio and profile details, location, matching preferences, and the content of messages you sent. Your profile is hidden from everyone immediately, and personal data is deleted within 30 days.

What we may retain (and why)

We may retain limited data where the law requires it — for example, records needed for tax and financial compliance, or data preserved in response to a lawful law-enforcement request or an active fraud, safety, or abuse investigation. Retained records are kept only as long as legally necessary.
